He is the founder and Principal Partner of Akin Olawore & Co, a firm of Chartered Surveyors. Chairman , Baobab Realty Company Ltd, Kigali, Rwanda; Chairman Brokerfield Real Estate Services Ltd; Rhapsody Facilities Management Ltd, Franchisee of Reliance Facilities Management Co Ltd UK.
He is an alumnus of the University of Ife, Ile- Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University); University of Reading UK; University of South Africa and currently running a program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston USA.
He is a member of several professional bodies across the globe and sits on the Board of several companies cutting across Real Estate, IT and Maritime PSC.

Akin is the COO of Brokerfield Real Estate Services Limited. Prior to his appointment in November 2013, he worked at Diamond Bank Plc for 1 year as the Branch Manager of Kirikiri Branch, Apapa and before then at Skye Bank Plc for 8 years, during this period he served in the commercial & retail banking groups.
He started his career in real estate in 2004 with Dorchester Property Management Company and then to Joe Akhigbe & Associates where he handled Sales and Letting.
Akin is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a member of the African Real Estate Society.

Dipo presently is a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking Group at Stanbic IBTC Bank. Prior to this position, he joined Stanbic IBTC in 2014 as Branch Manager at Opebi branch.
He is a seasoned professional with banking experience spanning over 15 years working at Fidelity Bank, Access Bank and GTbank in various functions including Branch Operations, Central Clearing, Private Banking and Branch Manager.
