The Strategic Management and Planning For Real Estate Business will concentrate in grooming participant on how to identify strength, weakness, opportunities and threat related to business opportunities or project planning.

It will also focus on helping participants specify business objectives and assist them in identifying both internal and external factors that are favourable or unfavourable towards achieving their objectives.

Objective of the study

  • Participants should be able to perform a swot analysis that will help in identifying those factors internal or external to their organisation and therefore set strategic plans towards organisational objectives.
  • Participants should be able to identify key performance indicators towards organisational growth.
