This course provides a complete overview of the basic principles and practice of property management. It will teach a great deal of: property management process, client acquisition and retention strategies, how to get property briefs, procedural steps to leasing a property, the financials of property management, technologies applicable to the management of properties, real estate documentations, leases, tenancies and licenses, rights and obligations of parties in a typical landlord and tenant relationship, building failures, remedies and property maintenance strategies.

HE HAS ATTENDED SEVERAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES ON LEADERSHIP, FINANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS STRATEGY, CREATIVITY, INNOVATION AND CHANGE, WORK PLACE ETIQUETTE, INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING STANDARD (IFRS) ETC. HE IS AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF THE DISTINGUISHED INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF NIGERIA (ICAN), AND HOLDS A DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING STANDARDS, (DIP. IFR, ACCA).
